Xuan Ong

I began acting at the age of 13, when I studied Ocie Drama for O-Level.

I continued taking Theatre Studies and Drama for A-Level and subsequently got my First Class Honours in BA(Hons) Acting from LASALLE College of the Arts - where I was also a scholarship holder.

I am perhaps most fondly known as "Mui Ee", the lead of Teenage Textbook: The Series, which was also my debut TV Series.

Indie-content lovers in Singapore may also know me as "Alicia" in One Take, the web series which catapulted the experimental content platform NSFTV to widespread attention, amassing a cult-following.

    I won the title of Best Actress for my role as Elaine in If They Can’t Be Loved  at the Red Movie Awards, as well as Best Monologue & honourable mention in the Best Actress category at the Oniros Film Awards.

The film is also a finalist in various categories in other indie film circuits like the New York International Film Awards.
